We’re excited for the right people to join our growing team of carpenters and craftspeople; individuals who are skilled, experienced, and committed to their work. We value people who have a strong work ethic and are dedicated to providing high quality finished projects, but also enjoy the process! We like to work happy and are searching for like-minded folks who share our passion for all things carpentry.

Project Manager | Lead Carpenter
This position is a key leadership role within our company. We are looking for someone to lead an on-site crew through various residential and commercial construction projects from start to finish.
Engage with clients beginning with the pre-construction phase and help plan, schedule, and execute the project until completion. This includes managing carpenters, overseeing subcontractors, and coordinating with trade partners through all stages of construction.
Ideally this position should be a skilled carpenter with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of construction project sequencing.
This is a full-time, year-round position. The hourly rate is based on experience ranging from $35-$45/hr for a highly qualified person.
Carpenter
We are looking for experienced carpenters to join our team and help us build awesome projects. We self-perform all phases of carpentry from frame to finish and would ideally like well-rounded people who can work on everything.
More important than that though, is the right attitude and a dedication to quality outcomes above all else. We need someone who takes direction well and is willing to learn new skills to contribute to the success of the project.
Our people are passionate about doing things right and finding creative solutions for complicated carpentry challenges. We work very hard, but also make time to appreciate and celebrate the results.
This is a full-time, year round position. Hourly wage is based on experience ranging from $25-$35/hr.
